Most U.S. farmers markets are seasonal, but a growing number keep going through the cold months, often moving indoors to a school, church hall, barn or community center.
How to Find One
- Browse our list of indoor and partly indoor markets (as reported to the USDA directory).
- Check your state page. Southern and West Coast states (CA, FL, TX, AZ) have many year-round markets.
- Search the market's website for "winter market" dates. Winter markets often run every other week instead of weekly.
